1. Shipping Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Alleyoo website and shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We currently only deliver within the UK.
2. Delivery Locations
All orders are delivered:

To the customer’s address (home, work, or other specified UK address)

In some cases, the courier may deliver to a nearby collection point or local post office if you are not at home. In such cases, you will receive instructions from the carrier on how to collect your parcel.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) are processed starting the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT) will be processed from the next working day.
4. Handling Time
Our standard handling time (the time from when your order is placed until it is handed over to the carrier) is:

We aim to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible within this window.
5. Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is:

This means the estimated total delivery time (from placing your order to receiving it) is approximately:

6. Shipping Costs
All orders placed on Alleyoo qualify for:
Free shipping – no minimum order value.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

The price you see at checkout is the final price.
7. Order Processing & Sustainability
To help keep prices fair and operate more sustainably, some orders may be batched and shipped together.
This can slightly influence the way shipments are grouped, but it does not change your estimated delivery window of 9–13 days.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

You can use this tracking code to follow the status of your delivery.
If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow 1–2 days for the carrier’s systems to refresh.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel:

Appears significantly delayed beyond the maximum estimated delivery time, or

Shows as delivered but you have not received it,

We will:

Open an investigation with the carrier, and

If the parcel is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will offer a replacement shipment or a refund, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery Attempts
If a parcel cannot be delivered because:

The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, or
-
The parcel was not collected from a collection point within the carrier’s holding period,
it may be returned to us by the carrier.
In such cases:

We will contact you to arrange either a reshipment or a refund.

If the non-delivery was due to customer error (for example, incorrect address or repeated missed collections), we reserve the right to deduct any actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier from the refund, or request a contribution to reshipment costs.

We will always inform you of any such charges before proceeding.
There are no extra “penalty fees” from Alleyoo; we only ever pass on genuine carrier costs where applicable.
11. Customs & Import Duties
All orders are shipped in GBP (£).
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, import duties or customs charges are uncommon.
